Alison Hernandez

For over twenty years Alison has been a trusted advisor to hundreds of organisations across the Asia Pacific region in the creation and delivery of innovative workforce solutions spanning organisational and demographic change, work-life wellbeing, retirement success, knowledge transfer, and career mobility.
Alison is deeply invested in the technological, demographic, cultural, and societal trends that shape the way that people work and is committed to providing evidence-based thought leadership and delivering social impact.
Alison has led a Global HR Services business across Asia Pacific with a delivery footprint in seventeen countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Greater China, Singapore, and Japan, prior to which she co-founded, grew, and sold a successful business for a period of thirteen years, specialising in longevity and ageing workforce solutions.
Alison has worked closely with Professor Lynda Gratton’s HSM Advisory team since 2022 and is JAPAC Lead.
Alison has a BSc (Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University and has engaged in senior executive development at LBS, INSEAD, and TIAS. Alison is an Ambassador and Chair of the Family Friendly Workplaces Advisory Group, a Board member for WheelChair Sports NSW/ACT, Women’s Agenda Award winner (Agenda Setter 2014), a Certified Retirement Success, and was awarded the Stevie Gold Award for Female Executive of the Year (Asia, Australia, NZ) 2017.
