2026 World Outlook – HSM Advisory Webinar

The pace of change in 2025 was unprecedented, and adaptability became critical. In 2026 we must reimagine what we could become rather than cling to the past. To successfully move forward, we must consider:

• Enhancing Imagination for the Future: Organisations face unprecedented transformation while leaders are tackling challenges with a ‘how things used to be done’ mindset. Tomorrow’s workplace requires imagination, shifting from “how did we do this before?” to “what do we need to become?”
• Building a Collective Identity: People’s lives outside work are dynamic and adaptable yet inside work they face slow processes and old ways of working. Organisational silos have accelerated fragmentation and there is an opportunity to shift from siloed thinking to a dynamic, collective approach.
• Rebalancing the Deal: The deal has shifted from balancing stakeholders to focusing on shareholders, leaving people feeling disposable. Organisations must build a more equitable deal or risk irreversible damage.
