Iain Evans is the Co-Founder and Chairman of L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm established in 1983.

Under his leadership, L.E.K grew to a world-renowned organisation, employing over 2,000 people across 22 offices in Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

Iain has led more than 450 projects across many industries and geographies. His expertise includes corporate turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. He is recognised as one of the leading consultants, globally.

In 2013, Iain was appointed a CBE for his services to the Review of Defence Acquisition and the consultancy industry.
