Dr Sarosh Khan has extensive experience in supporting FTSE 100, 250 & Fortune 500 organisations to achieve their strategic goals. He has worked with numerous CHROs, CPOs and broader c-suite to help them reinforce where they are now, visualise what the future looks like and co-create how they move forward with their people.

He is experienced across financial services, FMCGs and professional services sectors globally. He is passionate about working with leaders to identify how they move forward with success. He presents on key people-related topics including driving cultural change, cultivating a future-fit people experience and delivering sustainable high-performance.

He holds a PhD and LLB in Law from the University of Southampton. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with his family.
