Sarosh has extensive experience of supporting FTSE 100, 250 & Fortune 500 organisations achieve their strategic goals. He has supported clients to enter new geographies, develop market-leading propositions and drive wholesale organisational change. He is well-versed at working alongside senior Executives and leading diverse teams globally.

He is fascinated by the intersection of people, culture and strategy, having supported numerous organisations in co-creating their sustainable futures.

He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Southampton. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with his family.
