Outcome
We created a 70-strong team of future change agents who went through an intensive six-month upskilling sprint to become influencers who can actively visualise, design, and drive Brit Insurance’s future performance.
This was brought to life when the change agents pitched a new innovation approach for future performance with organisation-wide impact.
Brit saw a critical mass of people effectively upskilled in future-proofed capabilities, with active role modelling of the changes Brit wanted to see across the organisation.
