Goal
Brit wanted to build sustainable performance across the organisation through giving individuals and teams an opportunity to contribute to the future of the organisation.
We created a 70-strong team of future change agents who went through an intensive six-month upskilling sprint to become influencers who can actively visualise, design, and drive Brit Insurance’s future performance.
Outcomes
1. A ground-breaking approach to sustainable high performance, which had not been on the executive agenda prior to the programme.
