    Brit wanted to build sustainable performance across the organisation through giving individuals and teams an opportunity to contribute to the future of the organisation.​

    We created a 70-strong team of future change agents who went through an intensive six-month upskilling sprint to become influencers who can actively visualise, design, and drive Brit Insurance’s future performance.
