Goal
Understand the experience and reduce the significant turnover of young high performers within two years of arrival.
Outcome
We ran a Collaboration Jam, inviting thousands of Millennial employees from 35 countries. The Jam revealed the real cause of turnover did not relate to management approaches as assumed.
Instead, they were closely linked to nuances around lack of global opportunities and insufficient time for regenerative activities, shifting their people strategy into a more effective direction. PwC implemented a Millennial retention strategy which targeted these root causes, rather than assumptions, driving a shift in experience and retention across the business.
