Creating Better People Experience to Retain the Next Generation
Goal
PwC wanted to reduce high levels of attrition within two years of arriving of young high performers through understanding their experience of work. Their assumption was the cause of turnover was management approaches.
We ran an HSM Advisory Collaboration Jam, with 1000s of PwC Millennials from 35 countries.
Outcomes
1. A lightbulb understanding on the real causes of turnover – which were lack of global opportunities and insufficient focus on well-being.
2. Improved ROI on PwC’s Millennial Retention Strategy, targeting the true root causes of attrition, and avoiding a very costly exercise in management training which would have had limited returns.
