Employers need to think very carefully about how they are designing work for employees with diverse caregiving responsibilities.
We have a responsibility to support team members, especially given most of us are expecting to be working longer than those generations before us.
That can only be achieved successfully if as employers we ensure we are supporting greater work life wellbeing.
