Working families are a ticking time bomb.

Over the last 80 years, families have seen a shift in the balance of their household paid/unpaid ratios, reducing available time for the non-work aspects of family life.

Time that parents spend doing activities which build long term personal resilience have been pushed aside. Making this balance unsustainable.
